Why it fits here

Built for how business runs in Egypt.

Egypt’s economy is built on making and moving things. A production order consumes materials per its bill of materials, finished goods land in stock, exports post zero-rated, domestic sales post 14% — all on one record trail, with cost and margin read from what actually happened.

With e-invoicing and e-receipts now reaching small businesses, the useful preparation is structured, tax-split documents with your registration number on every one. That is the default here; ETA integration is something to confirm with any vendor in writing, including us.

Compliance, stated plainly

E-invoicing and filing in Egypt

VAT is in force at 14%, with a 5% reduced rate. The Egyptian Tax Authority’s e-invoicing system now reaches small taxpayers: the registration threshold was lowered to EGP 250,000 annual revenue, with a 31 March 2026 registration deadline for businesses above it, and e-receipts are being extended to retail.

What Flowyana does — and does not — claim

  • Does: posts VAT to its own ledger on every sale, purchase, expense, and POS settlement; keeps a tax summary that agrees with the ledger; puts your Tax registration number on every document; locks closed periods.
  • Does not: claim certified integration with any e-invoicing or filing platform. Get any vendor’s status in writing before you buy — including ours — and let your accountant confirm what and when you must file.

Questions

Flowyana in Egypt, answered.

Are Egypt’s VAT rates set up?

Yes. The Egypt profile ships 14% standard, 5% reduced, and 0% zero-rated VAT; tax posts to its own ledger on every sale, purchase, expense, and POS settlement, and the tax summary reads by rate.

Is Flowyana integrated with ETA e-invoicing?

We do not claim ETA integration. Confirm any vendor’s status in writing before relying on it — including ours — and check your registration obligations with your accountant. Your invoices are already structured, VAT-split, Arabic–English records.

Does the workspace run in Arabic?

Yes. Arabic is a full workspace language with right-to-left layout, and documents print paired Arabic–English labels on one page.
