1.All payments are final
Once a subscription is paid, the payment is not refunded. This applies to monthly and yearly billing alike, including a yearly plan cancelled part-way through the year, and to users, branches, or modules you paid for but did not use.
2.Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not end the period you have already paid for. Your plan stays active, with full access, until the end of that billing period, and is not renewed or charged again after that.
If your agreement includes a minimum commitment, the fees for the committed term remain payable even if you cancel earlier.
3.Credits
Credits are not refundable, transferable, or exchangeable for cash:
- AI credits included in a plan are a monthly allowance that resets each month; unused allowance does not carry over.
- AI credits you buy as a top-up carry over between months and expire one year after your most recent top-up.
- Account credit — for example the unused amount left when you change plan during a billing period — is applied to your future invoices and is never paid out.
4.One-time and service fees
Setup and onboarding fees, and annual maintenance or support charges, are not refundable once paid.
5.Plan changes and suspension
Upgrading, downgrading, or removing modules, users, or branches does not produce a cash refund; any difference is handled through account credit or your next invoice. If a workspace is suspended because a payment is overdue, the suspended time is not refunded or extended.
6.Billing errors
If you were charged twice for the same invoice, or charged an amount that does not match your invoice, write to hello@flowyana.com within 30 days of the charge. We will check it and return the extra amount to the original payment method.
Nothing in this policy limits a right that the law where you are based gives you and does not allow to be excluded.
