For Fashion & Apparel Stores

Every size and colour, counted and sold right.

A clothing store POS where each style carries its sizes and colours as variants with their own barcode and stock, so the till sells exactly what was scanned. Offers apply at the counter on their own, return rules follow the category, and slow stock shows up before the season ends.

  • Sizes and colours as variants
  • A barcode and stock count per variant
  • Automatic offers at the till
  • Return rules per category, printed on the bill

What a Fashion & Apparel Stores setup on Flowyana covers.

Flowyana is a clothing store POS with inventory and accounting for fashion boutiques, garment shops, footwear and accessories stores. Each style carries its sizes and colours as variants, every variant has its own barcode and stock count, and the till sells exactly the piece that was scanned. Offers such as buy two get one apply themselves, return rules follow the category, and purchasing, branch stock and accounting run behind the counter.

Fashion stock is wide and shallow. One shirt in four sizes and three colours is twelve things to count, and the medium in navy always runs out first. Without variants, a till sells “shirt” and nobody knows which size went. Flowyana counts each variant at each branch, so you can see which sizes are left where, transfer them before reordering, and see which styles have sat too long.

It suits a boutique in Dubai, a footwear chain in Riyadh or a family clothing store in Kochi. Bills carry GST or VAT at your rate with prices that can include tax, the till runs in Arabic or English, and WhatsApp campaigns can tell customers about a new collection on the Retail plan.

The workflow

How fashion & apparel stores run on Flowyana.

  1. Range

    Styles with their variants

Build sizes and colours once, and each variant gets its own barcode, stock and label.

  2. Sell

    Scan the exact piece

The till sells the size and colour that was scanned, and offers apply without the cashier doing sums.

  3. Return

    Your rules, every time

Return windows by category or product, a manager override past them, and the policy printed on the bill.

  4. Clear

    Act before the season ends

Stock per branch and stock ageing show what to transfer, mark down or stop reordering.

In depth

A closer look.

Variants, barcodes and labels for clothing

A product carries its sizes, colours or other options as variants. Each variant has its own barcode, stock per branch and label, and can keep the supplier’s code alongside your own. When goods arrive unlabelled, generate EAN-13 codes from your company prefix and print labels for every line of the goods receipt, purchase order or supplier bill, on sheets or thermal rolls.

  • Sizes and colours as variants of one style
  • A barcode and stock count per variant
  • EAN-13 codes generated from your prefix
  • Labels printed straight from a delivery

Offers and promotions that apply themselves

On the Retail plan, set an offer once and the installed till applies it to every qualifying bill, even offline. Run buy X get Y, multi-buy prices, percentage or amount off chosen products, variants, categories or brands, spend thresholds in tiers, and free gifts. Offers can run on chosen dates, weekdays, hours and branches, a per-bill cap stops discounts piling up, and the receipt shows what the customer saved. Coupon codes, loyalty points and gift vouchers are not available today.

  • Buy X get Y, multi-buy and free gifts
  • Aimed at variants, categories or brands
  • Dates, weekdays, hours and branches
  • Offer performance and audit reports

Returns, exchanges of size and credit

A return is made against the original bill, so only what was sold can come back. Return windows can differ by category or product, some items can be marked not returnable, and each offer can carry its own return rule. Refunds can be split across the methods the customer paid with, and damaged pieces can be written off or kept at a reduced value. The return policy prints on invoices and credit notes.

  • Returns against the original bill
  • Return windows by category or product
  • Return rules per offer
  • Damaged returns written off or written down

Branches, purchasing and the season’s numbers

Each branch holds its own stock, and on the Retail plan branches can keep their own prices. Low-stock alerts suggest a reorder quantity and the preferred supplier, purchase orders become goods receipts and supplier bills, and freight on a bill can be spread across the items it brought in. Sales and purchases post to the books with tax split out, and owner dashboards show sales trends, busiest hours and category margins.

  • Stock and prices per branch
  • Transfers between branches on the Retail plan
  • Stock ageing and dead-stock report
  • Category margins on the owner dashboard

Questions

Asked by fashion & apparel stores.

What is the best clothing store POS in the UAE or India?

Flowyana is a strong fit for boutiques, garment shops and apparel retail chains in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and India that want size and colour variants, barcode billing, automatic offers and accounting in one system. It does not run an online store or loyalty points.

Does the clothing store POS work offline?

Yes, on the installed Flowyana app. It keeps scanning, applying offers and printing receipts without internet, and catches up when the connection returns. Starter allows one offline device per branch and the Retail plan three, and an extra till adds one more.

Can I manage sizes and colours in Flowyana?

Yes. Sizes, colours and other options are variants of one product, and each variant has its own barcode, stock count and label.

Can I see which sizes are left at each branch?

Yes. Stock is held per variant per branch, so you can see the sizes left everywhere and transfer pieces between branches before reordering.

Which offers can the till run?

On the Retail plan: item discounts, buy X get Y, multi-buy, tiered spend offers, free gifts and combos, on chosen dates, days, hours and branches. They apply automatically on the installed till, even offline. The browser till takes manual discounts but does not apply offers.

Do you have loyalty points, coupons or gift vouchers?

No. Offers apply automatically at the till, but coupon codes, loyalty points and gift vouchers are not part of Flowyana today.

Can return rules differ by category?

Yes. Set a default return window, override it for a category or product, or mark items not returnable. The policy prints on invoices and credit notes, and a manager can override past the window.

Can a customer swap a size?

Yes. Take the first piece back against the original bill, then sell the new size. The return can be refunded, or kept as store credit or an exchange when the customer is on the bill.

Does Flowyana run an online store?

No. Flowyana runs your shops, stock and books. It does not provide an online store or connect to e-commerce platforms.

Can I message customers about a new collection?

Yes, on the Retail plan. Connect your own WhatsApp Business account and send approved messages to chosen customers, with consent, scheduling and results.

Does it work for clothing stores in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and India?

Yes. Bills carry GST or VAT at your rate, prices can include tax, the till runs in Arabic or English, and amounts follow your currency.
