CRM

Every lead, deal, and client in one pipeline.

Capture leads from WhatsApp, ad forms and your website, qualify them into deals, and win them into clients, with tasks, notes and files attached where the work happens. When they buy, their quotations and invoices live on the same client record.

  • Leads and deals on pipeline boards
  • Clients and contacts shared with sales
  • Meta Lead Ads and LinkedIn Lead Gen capture
  • Deals marked won by the order or invoice

What is CRM in Flowyana?

Flowyana CRM is sales pipeline software for businesses in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and beyond that want leads, deals and clients in the same place as quotations and invoices. Leads arrive from WhatsApp, ad forms, your website and your team, move through pipeline boards, and turn into clients whose orders and invoices sit on the same record.

Most small teams run their pipeline across WhatsApp, a spreadsheet and somebody’s memory. Follow-ups slip, the same customer is entered three times, and nobody can say which deals actually became invoices.

Flowyana keeps one client record from first enquiry to paid invoice. A lead becomes a deal, the deal gets a quotation, the quotation becomes an order and an invoice, and the deal is marked won by the document that closed it. Because the CRM sits on the same platform as sales, stock and accounting, it is a CRM with quotation and invoicing built in, not connected by an add-on.

What it does

CRM, in practice.

Pipelines you can see

Leads and deals move across board stages: drag, drop, and read the pipeline at a glance. One pipeline on Starter, unlimited from Growth.

The whole relationship

Clients and contacts are the same records your quotations and invoices use, with their history in one place.

Work attached to records

Tasks, notes, comments with @mentions and files live on the lead or deal they belong to, not in a separate app.

Leads from your ads

Leads from Meta Lead Ads and LinkedIn Lead Gen forms arrive by themselves, with the campaign and ad recorded, and go to one person or in turn.

WhatsApp and the inbox

Chats on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, email or website chat become leads in one step, linked to existing clients.

Deals that close on real documents

Choose when a deal counts as won (order confirmed, invoice posted, invoice paid, or by hand), and the won amount comes from the documents.

From lead to client without retyping

A qualified lead converts into a deal, a client and a contact, carrying its history along.

Import what you have

Bring existing leads in from a spreadsheet, with column mapping and a file of any rows that failed.

Dashboards and reports

Tiles for pipeline value, deals by stage, open leads and your tasks, plus leads, deals and clients reports.

How it works

CRM, step by step.

  1. 1

    Capture

Leads come in from chats, Meta and LinkedIn lead forms, spreadsheet imports and your team, each with its source recorded.

  2. 2

    Qualify

Work leads on a pipeline board with follow-up dates, owners, scores and tasks, until they are ready to buy or clearly not.

  3. 3

    Convert

Turn a qualified lead into a deal, a client and a contact in one step, carrying its history along.

  4. 4

    Win

Send the quotation, confirm the order and raise the invoice. The deal is marked won on the trigger you chose.

In depth

A closer look.

Sales pipeline CRM with invoicing built in

Deals carry a probability, an expected close date and a lost reason when they don’t close. Quotations, sales orders and invoices can be linked to the deal. In CRM settings you decide when a deal counts as won: when the order is confirmed, when the invoice is posted, when the invoice is paid, or only when someone marks it. The won amount is taken from the documents that sold it, and quotations left open on a closed deal are closed as lost with it.

  • Won trigger chosen per workspace
  • Won amount from the documents, not typed in
  • Lost reasons recorded for review
  • Pipeline value and deals-by-stage tiles

Lead capture from Meta Lead Ads and LinkedIn Lead Gen

Connect your Meta and LinkedIn accounts and the leads people submit through your ad forms arrive in Flowyana without exporting files. Each lead records the campaign and ad it came from. For each connection you choose who gets the new leads: nobody until a manager triages them, always one person, or each person on a list in turn. Lead-form capture is included from Growth plans.

  • Campaign and ad recorded on the lead
  • Assignment: none, one person, or in turn
  • Duplicate submissions ignored

WhatsApp CRM and the shared inbox

With the omnichannel inbox, your team shares one WhatsApp Business number, plus Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, email and website chat. Any conversation becomes a lead in one step, matched to an existing client or contact, with the channel recorded as its source. Replies to WhatsApp broadcasts become leads by themselves. The WhatsApp CRM page walks through it end to end, from connecting your number to invoicing the deal a chat produced.

  • Chat to lead in one step
  • Broadcast replies become leads
  • Source set from the channel

Follow-ups that don’t depend on memory

Every lead carries a follow-up date and time, a follow-up owner, a status and notes, the date of last contact, a score and a temperature. Tasks attach to the lead or client with a due date, and owners get a reminder before the deadline. Comments with @mentions bring a colleague in without leaving the record, and the activity timeline shows what happened and who did it.

  • Follow-up owner and status on every lead
  • Task deadline reminders
  • Comments, notes, files and a full activity timeline

One client record from enquiry to invoice

Clients and contacts in Flowyana are shared by every module. The client a lead converts into is the client your sales team quotes, the client your accountant sees on the receivables, and the client support opens a ticket for. Comments, notes, files and the activity timeline sit on that record, so the history of the relationship is in one place rather than spread across inboxes and spreadsheets.

  • Shared with sales, support, service jobs and rentals
  • Contacts under each client
  • Activity timeline across the relationship

Built for GCC sales teams

Each user picks their workspace language, including Arabic laid out right to left. Quotations and invoices print with Arabic and English labels, and tax follows your country’s VAT rates. Lead and deal fields can be renamed and extended with your own fields, so the CRM speaks your business’s language, whether you sell property, equipment, services or trade goods. Roles and permissions decide who sees and edits which records, and branches keep each office’s data in its own lane.

  • English, Arabic, Hindi, French, German and Spanish, per user
  • Arabic–English quotations and invoices
  • Your own fields and labels on leads and deals

Questions

Asked about crm.

Where do leads come from?

Your team enters them, imports them from a spreadsheet, or creates them from a WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, email or website-chat conversation. Leads from Meta Lead Ads and LinkedIn Lead Gen forms arrive by themselves, and replies to WhatsApp broadcasts become leads automatically.

Can sales and CRM share the same client records?

They are the same records. The client you quote and invoice is the client in the CRM, with history and documents in one place.

Can we shape the pipeline stages?

Yes. Pipelines and stages are configurable, and deals move across them on a board built for dragging, not data entry. Starter plans run one pipeline; Growth and Business run as many as you need.

Is Flowyana good CRM software for UAE businesses?

Flowyana is built for GCC teams: each user can work in English or Arabic, quotations and invoices print with Arabic and English labels, VAT follows your country’s rates, and WhatsApp sits in the same platform as the pipeline.

Does the CRM work with WhatsApp?

Yes. With the omnichannel inbox, your WhatsApp Business number is shared by the team, any chat becomes a lead in one step, and broadcast replies become leads by themselves. See the WhatsApp CRM page for the full picture.

Can the CRM create quotations and invoices?

Yes, through Sales on the same platform. A deal’s quotation becomes an order and an invoice, and you choose whether the deal is marked won when the order is confirmed, the invoice is posted or the invoice is paid.

Can leads be assigned automatically?

Leads from Meta and LinkedIn lead forms can go to one fixed person or be shared out in turn across a list of people. Leads created by hand or from a chat are assigned by whoever creates them.

Can I move my leads from a spreadsheet or another CRM?

Yes. Export your leads to a spreadsheet and import them into Flowyana, mapping your columns to Flowyana fields. Rows that fail come back in a file so you can fix and re-import them.
