For Cloud Kitchens & Takeaways

Every order to the pass, every ingredient counted.

Cloud kitchen software to ring up takeaway and delivery orders by token, send each dish to its station as a printed ticket or on a kitchen screen, price each channel on its own, and let recipes use up the stock. Wastage, food cost and the day’s close land in the same books.

  • Takeaway and delivery orders by token
  • Tickets split by kitchen station
  • Kitchen screen with Start, Ready and Bump
  • Channel prices and recipe-driven stock

What a Cloud Kitchens & Takeaways setup on Flowyana covers.

Flowyana is cloud kitchen software for dark kitchens, ghost kitchens, takeaway counters and delivery-only restaurants. Orders are rung up by channel with a token number, each dish goes to its kitchen station as a printed ticket or on a kitchen screen, recipes use up ingredients as dishes sell, and stations are counted and closed each day. Purchasing, food cost and accounting run in the same system.

A delivery kitchen has no dining room to hide mistakes in. Tickets get lost between the grill and the fryer, takeaway is priced like delivery, and the gap between the chicken bought and the chicken sold has no explanation. Flowyana routes every dish to the right station, keeps a price per channel, and compares what each station used against what the recipes say it should have.

To be clear about scope: as of October 2026, Flowyana does not connect to food-delivery apps, take online orders or dispatch riders. Orders from delivery platforms are entered at the till. It runs the kitchen, the stock and the books for kitchens in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, India and beyond, with GST or VAT at your rate.

The workflow

How cloud kitchens & takeaways run on Flowyana.

  1. Order

    Rung up by channel

Takeaway and delivery orders get a token and the channel’s own price.

  2. Route

    A ticket per station

Each dish goes to its station as a printed ticket, on the kitchen screen, or both.

  3. Cook

    Start, Ready, Bump

Cooks move tickets along, and ticket timers turn amber and then red when orders wait too long.

  4. Count

    Stock that adds up

Recipes use up ingredients as dishes sell, and stations are counted and closed each day.

Common problems

What it fixes.

In depth

A closer look.

Kitchen order tickets and a kitchen display screen

Each product has a kitchen station per branch: grill, fryer, cold section, drinks. On the Restaurant + KOT plan, sending an order makes one ticket per station with the token, the channel, the dishes and their modifiers. Station printers connect over the network or by USB. The kitchen screen opens in a browser on any tablet or monitor, shows tickets oldest first in a column per station, and lets cooks tap Start, Ready and Bump, with a chime for new tickets and timers that turn amber and then red.

  • One ticket per station on each send
  • Network or USB kitchen printers
  • Kitchen screen with Start, Ready, Bump and Recall
  • Cancellations reach the station

Menus, channels and prices

Build menus with sections, modifiers and schedules, so a breakfast menu gives way to lunch on its own. Each menu can be limited to the channels it serves. Channel pricing lets takeaway and delivery charge differently, either with their own price per item or a markup on the menu, and offers can run on chosen channels and hours. Flowyana has no separate setting for virtual brands; a kitchen running several brands can keep a menu for each.

  • Menus with sections, modifiers and schedules
  • Menus limited to chosen channels
  • Channel prices or markups on Restaurant + KOT
  • Offers per channel and time window

Recipes, stations and wastage

Dishes carry recipes, so selling a plate uses up its ingredients. On the Restaurant + KOT plan, stations are issued stock, counted and closed each trading day, and the station consumption report shows what each station used and wasted against what the recipes expect. Wastage is recorded with a reason, and food cost and menu engineering show which dishes earn and which to rework.

  • Recipes that deduct stock as you sell
  • Stations issued, counted and closed
  • Station consumption and wastage reports
  • Food cost and menu engineering

Central store, outlets and the books

Purchase orders and supplier bills bring stock into the central store, and transfers send it to each kitchen with an in-transit state until it is received. Each outlet runs its own till, either in a browser or as the installed app that keeps working over the kitchen’s own network when the internet drops. The day closes with a Z report on a business day that starts at the hour you choose, and sales post to double-entry accounts with tax split out.

  • Central store and transfers on Restaurant + KOT
  • Browser till or installed app per outlet
  • Day close on your own business-day start
  • Accounting on Restaurant + KOT

Questions

Asked by cloud kitchens & takeaways.

What is the best cloud kitchen software in the UAE or India?

Flowyana is a strong fit for cloud kitchens in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and India that want kitchen tickets by station, a kitchen display, recipe-driven stock and accounting in one system. As of October 2026 it does not connect to food-delivery apps.

Does the cloud kitchen POS work offline?

Yes, on the installed Flowyana app. The till and its kitchen printers keep working over the kitchen’s own network without internet. The browser till and browser kitchen screen need a connection.

Is Flowyana a POS for cloud kitchens?

Yes. It takes takeaway and delivery orders by token, routes dishes to kitchen stations, deducts ingredients through recipes, and posts sales to your books. It does not connect to delivery apps.

Does it connect to food-delivery apps?

No. As of October 2026, Flowyana does not receive orders from food-delivery platforms or take online orders. Orders from those platforms are entered at the till.

Can delivery orders have different prices from takeaway?

Yes, on the Restaurant + KOT plan. Each channel can carry its own item price or a markup on the menu, applied automatically when the order is taken.

Is there a kitchen display screen?

Yes, on the Restaurant + KOT plan. It opens in a browser on a tablet or monitor, with a column per station, Start, Ready, Bump and Recall, ticket timers and a chime. The installed app has its own kitchen screen.

Can we run several brands from one kitchen?

There is no separate brand setting. You can keep a menu for each brand, each with its own sections and schedule, sold through the same till and kitchen stations.

Does it track riders or delivery addresses?

No. Orders carry a token and a channel, but Flowyana does not record delivery addresses on till orders, assign riders or track deliveries.

Can a central kitchen supply several outlets?

Yes, on the Restaurant + KOT plan. A central store sends stock to outlets with transfers, and each outlet sells and counts its own stock.

Can we see ingredient use per station?

Yes, on the Restaurant + KOT plan. The station consumption report shows what each station used and wasted. Kitchen-prepared figures are estimates from recipes; items sold as they are show exact use.

Does it work in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and India?

Yes. Bills carry GST or VAT at your rate, prices can include tax, tickets show dish names in any language including Arabic, and amounts follow your currency.
