What is Flowyana?

Flowyana is an all-in-one business management platform — accounting, sales & invoicing, inventory, purchasing, CRM, HR & payroll, projects, rentals, subscriptions, bookings, support, and an offline-first point of sale — sold per module and sized by your users and branches. Every module reads and writes the same records, so a sale, a job, or a rental posts stock, cash, tax, and the books the moment it happens.

A product of Dictode & Chikito LLC. Configurable tax, currency, language, and financial year — set up per business, not per country.

One platform

Every department, finally in the same place.

Whatever your business sells — products, plates, hours, or keys — the department that runs it is here. And you buy only the modules you need: want just rentals, that’s all you pay for.

…and 80+ modules inside them, from barcodes to balance sheets. Explore every feature →

Accounting

Books that write themselves.

Every invoice, purchase, expense, and sale — from a counter, a job, or a contract — posts a balanced double-entry voucher the moment it happens. No exports, no re-typing, no month-end archaeology.

  • Real double-entry: vouchers, ledgers, dimensions
  • Trial balance, P&L, balance sheet, cash flow — live
  • AR/AP aging, tax summary, day book
  • Multi-currency with exchange rates

Services & operations

Not just shelves — hours, keys, and contracts too.

Plenty of businesses sell work, time, and use — not products off a shelf. Flowyana runs them natively: work orders, bookings, rentals, subscriptions, and support, all invoiced through the same sales flow and posted to the same books.

  • Service jobs with job cards, assignment, and status
  • Bookings for resources and guests, with payments
  • Rentals for properties and any asset — availability and full lifecycle
  • Subscriptions and support tickets tied to your clients

Point of sale

Selling in person? The till keeps going when the internet doesn’t.

For businesses with a counter, Flowyana includes a POS that keeps everything it needs on the device — receipts print, the drawer opens, kitchen tickets fire, and it all syncs back when the network returns.

  • Retail edition — barcodes, pack sizes, fast tender
  • Restaurant edition — floors, tables, modifiers, KOT
  • Cash sessions with opening floats and closing counts
  • Receipt and kitchen-ticket design with your branding

Multi-branch

Every branch, one back office.

Branches share one catalog and one set of books. Staff see their branch; you see everything — compared, totalled, and live. Access is scoped per branch — staff see only theirs, by design rather than by trust.

  • Shared catalog with per-branch prices and menus
  • Branch-scoped roles, permissions, and audit logs
  • Stock transfers between locations, tracked end to end
  • Reports by branch or across all of them

India, the Gulf, and anywhere else

Set up for your country, not somebody else’s.

Tax, currency, language, and financial year are settings, not assumptions — so the same platform runs a Kochi supermarket, a Dubai trading company, and a Riyadh café group.

Tax you define

GST, VAT, or several taxes compounded — your names, your rates. Tax splits out on every posting, inclusive or exclusive, and the tax summary reads live.

Any currency

Exchange rates are first-class. Buy in dollars, sell in dirhams or rupees; the books carry each rate and report in your base currency.

Six languages, RTL included

The workspace runs in English, Arabic, Hindi, French, German, and Spanish. Documents can print paired Arabic–English labels on one page.

Your financial year

April to March or the calendar year — set it yourself, lock closed periods, and keep an audit trail on every posting.

Filing formats and e-invoicing rules differ by country — we give you tax-split books to file from; your accountant confirms what to file. See what ships per country →

And the rest

The back office runs here too.

Solutions

Built for how your industry runs.

A supermarket, a service company, and a rental business don’t work the same day. Each gets its own module set and workflow.

Why switch

Retire the app zoo.

Most businesses run five products and a spreadsheet, stitched together by someone re-typing numbers. Here’s what changes.

Weighing us against a specific product? Tally, Zoho Books, or Odoo — compared honestly.

The usual stack

  • A POS from one vendor, accounts in another, stock in a spreadsheet
  • Month-end means exports, re-typing, and guesswork
  • Per-app subscriptions you pay for but barely open
  • Each branch is its own island with its own truth

With Flowyana

  • One platform where every sale posts stock, cash, and the books itself
  • The trial balance is current every day — month-end is reading, not rebuilding
  • Modules you choose — you pay only for what you switch on
  • One catalog and one set of books, with access scoped per branch

Getting started

Live in three steps, not three months.

  1. 1

    Tell us about your business

Trading, services, hospitality, rentals — your workspace is set up with just the modules you need, nothing you don’t.

  2. 2

We set it up with you

Branches, taxes, currencies, roles, and your data — products, price lists, menus, properties, or service catalogs.

  3. 3

    Go live

From day one, every sale, invoice, job, and payment posts itself. Read stock, cash, and the books live — from anywhere.

Questions

Asked before, answered straight.

What kind of businesses run on Flowyana?

Any business that sells, stocks, bills, or books: trading and distribution, retail shops and supermarkets, restaurants and cafés, service companies with work orders, rental businesses, subscription operations, and multi-branch groups. Modules switch on per workspace, so each business runs its own shape of the platform.

We don’t run a shop — is Flowyana still for us?

Yes. Plenty of what Flowyana runs has no till at all: projects and work orders, bookings, property and asset rentals, subscriptions, and support tickets — invoiced through the same sales module and posted to the same accounts. The POS is an edition you switch on, not the center of the product.

Is the accounting real accounting?

Yes — full double-entry. Vouchers, ledgers, account groups, dimensions, a financial year, and multi-currency with exchange rates. Trial balance, P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, AR/AP aging, and tax summaries read live from the same records your operations write.

Does the POS really work without internet?

Yes. The POS app is offline-first: it keeps everything it needs securely on the device, so selling, printing, and cash management continue with no connection. When the network returns, everything syncs automatically.

How does it handle multiple branches?

Branches are built into the core, not bolted on. Catalog and books are shared; each staff member sees only their own branch. Prices and menus can differ per branch where you want them to.

Do we have to buy all 80+ modules?

No — Flowyana is sold per module, not as a bundle. A rental company can buy only rentals; a café can start with just the till. Add accounting, HR, or anything else when you are ready, and pay only for what you switch on.

What does it cost?

You pay per module, sized by your users and branches — so the price matches the platform you actually run. Book a demo and we will come back with a clear, itemized proposal.

Is Flowyana an ERP?

Yes, in the sense that matters: sales, purchasing, stock, staff, and accounts share one set of records, so an operation entered once is posted everywhere. It is sold per module rather than as a suite, so a small business buys the ERP at its own size.

Does Flowyana support GST and VAT?

Yes. Tax is configuration, not a hard-coded country: you define the tax names, rates, and compounding, and every sale, purchase, and POS settlement posts the split accordingly, with tax summary reports read from those postings. Statutory filing formats and e-invoicing mandates differ by country — confirm those with your accountant.

Which countries and currencies does it work in?

Any. Language, currency, tax, and financial year are all settings, so Flowyana is set up per business rather than per country. Teams in India and the Gulf are the most common today, working in English, Arabic, and Hindi with bilingual documents where needed.

How quickly can we go live?

It depends on your data more than the software. Once your products, price lists, and clients are ready, modules are switched on and configured rather than built — most setups are working within days, and we do the setup with you.
