This website sets no cookies unless you accept analytics. It does not use advertising or social-media tracking, and every page works without anything being stored in your browser.
To remember your answer to the cookie banner, and settings such as the billing period you chose on the pricing page, the website keeps a small note in your browser’s own storage. It is not shared with anyone and is needed for the site to work the way you asked.
2.Analytics (only with your consent)
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand which pages people visit and how they find us, so we can improve the website. Google Analytics sets cookies whose names begin with “_ga”; they last up to two years and tell us about visits, not who you are. We do not use them for advertising and do not share them with advertisers.
Nothing is loaded from Google until you choose “Accept”. If you choose “Reject”, or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, Google Analytics is not loaded at all. We ask again after a year.
3.The Flowyana platform
When you sign in to the Flowyana web application, it uses strictly necessary cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in securely and to remember your session and preferences (such as your last-visited area). These are essential to the service, are not used for advertising, and cannot be switched off while using the platform. They expire when your session ends or when you sign out.
The point-of-sale app keeps its working data on the device so the till operates without a connection; that data is stored in encrypted form and is not a cookie.
4.Third-party services you choose
When you contact us by email, you are using your own email provider and ours under their privacy and cookie policies. Links from this website to other sites are likewise governed by those sites.
5.Your choices
You can change your answer at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page; choosing “Reject” there also removes the Analytics cookies already set. For the platform, you can clear cookies and site data through your browser settings at any time; doing so will sign you out.
