Pricing questions
Start with the plan that runs your whole day-to-day work. If you need a few more users or a second branch, add them one at a time; move up a package when you need its features. On Retail and Restaurant, users are already unlimited, so you only add branches; add an extra till in any branch, or move up to the higher plan for three tills per branch.
It is billed for the time left in your current period, on a separate invoice. Removals take effect at the end of the period.
Yes. Moving up starts the new plan straight away, and the unused part of your current plan is credited.
No. Prices exclude VAT, which is added on your invoice where it applies.
