Flowyana is a business platform sold per product line, with GST and VAT configurable and a focus on India and the Gulf.

Where Flowyana differs
What changes if you choose Flowyana.
Sold per product line
A shop buys POS, inventory, and accounting; a rental firm buys rentals. Plans are published with users and branches included.
India and the Gulf in one product
GST and VAT are settings, so a Kochi wholesaler and a Dubai trader each run their own workspace on the same platform.
Conversations in one inbox
WhatsApp, email, and website chat land in one shared inbox beside tickets and the customer record.
Signed documents
E-sign is available on Growth and Business plans, so quotes and contracts are signed in the same system that raised them.
Being fair
When Daftra is the better choice.
- You are in a ZATCA Phase 2 wave and need invoicing that connects to Fatoora today. Daftra states it does; Flowyana does not clear or report invoices to Fatoora.
- You need UAE e-invoicing from your software vendor. Daftra states it is an FTA-approved Accredited Service Provider; Flowyana is not.
- You operate in Egypt or Jordan, where Daftra lists e-invoicing pages; Flowyana offers no e-invoicing there.
- You want an industry-specific version, such as for clinics, gyms, or law firms, or a desktop point of sale from the same vendor.
If that sounds like you, we would rather say so now than after a demo. If it does not, book one and judge for yourself.
Questions
Asked when comparing with Daftra.
Is Flowyana a good Daftra alternative?
Yes, for a business that wants a platform sold per product line, with an omnichannel inbox and GST for India as well as Gulf VAT. If you need e-invoicing from your software in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Egypt, or Jordan, Daftra is the closer fit.
What is the difference between Flowyana and Daftra?
Both are cloud platforms spanning accounting, POS, inventory, HR, and CRM. Daftra leads on e-invoicing across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Egypt, and Jordan. Flowyana is sold per product line, adds India GST, six workspace languages, and an omnichannel inbox, and has no e-invoicing integration.
Does Flowyana do ZATCA e-invoicing like Daftra?
No. Flowyana’s tax engine is configurable and every posting splits tax correctly, with a Saudi VAT return report to work from. We do not offer ZATCA integration or certification, so if clearance is required today we will say so before the demo.
Is Flowyana an Accredited Service Provider like Daftra?
No. Flowyana does not claim Accredited Service Provider status, Peppol accreditation, or any e-invoicing integration. As of October 2026, UAE e-invoices must travel through an accredited provider you appoint, phased from January 2027; check the Ministry of Finance’s current list before relying on any vendor, including ours.
Can the Flowyana workspace run in Arabic?
Yes. Arabic is a full workspace language with right-to-left layout, and documents print paired Arabic–English labels on one page.
Does Flowyana work for businesses in India and the Gulf?
Yes. Tax names, rates, currency, language, and financial year are settings. Daftra’s pages we reviewed describe the Gulf, Egypt, and Jordan; India GST was not listed.
Does Flowyana have an offline point of sale?
Yes. The POS keeps selling and printing without a connection, then syncs. Daftra also lists a desktop POS with offline mode.
Can we move from Daftra to Flowyana?
Yes. Onboarding loads your products, clients, suppliers, and price lists, and we set up your chart of accounts and tax rates with you. Tell us how you handle e-invoicing today and we will be straight about whether the move is worth it.
