Flowyana vs Restroworks: a global restaurant platform, or the restaurant inside a whole-business platform?
Restroworks is a cloud restaurant platform with POS, kitchen display, inventory, central kitchen, digital ordering, analytics, and a long list of integrations, used by restaurant groups in many countries. Flowyana runs restaurants too, but the till sits beside accounting, purchasing, HR, and every other line of business the same company runs.
In short
Choose Restroworks if restaurants are your whole business and you want a specialist platform with delivery-platform integrations, kiosks, QR ordering, and enterprise reporting. Choose Flowyana if you want the restaurant POS inside the same platform as double-entry accounting, HR, purchasing, and any other line of business, on published per-outlet plans.

Where Flowyana differs
What changes if you choose Flowyana.
One platform, not one industry
The same workspace runs the restaurant, the retail shop, the rental fleet, and the service desk: one customer record, one ledger, one login.
The books are part of the product
Every sale, purchase, payroll run, and recipe consumption writes its own double-entry voucher, so there is no export to a separate accounting package.
Branches with their own GSTIN
Each branch keeps its own GSTIN, documents, cash sessions, and staff, who see only their branch, while the owner reads per-branch and combined reports.
Buy what you run
A single café buys POS and accounting; a group adds purchasing, HR, and projects later over the same records.
Being fair
When Restroworks is the better choice.
- You take orders from delivery platforms and want them integrated with the POS. Restroworks lists these integrations; Flowyana offers none.
- You want kiosks, QR ordering, or an online ordering website from your POS vendor.
- You run a large restaurant group that needs enterprise reporting and a central kitchen product.
- Restaurants are the whole business, and you would rather buy from a vendor that specialises in them.
If that sounds like you, we would rather say so now than after a demo. If it does not, book one and judge for yourself.
Questions
Asked when comparing with Restroworks.
Is Flowyana a good Restroworks alternative?
Yes, for restaurants that want the POS, stock, staff, and books in one system on published plans. If delivery-platform integrations, kiosks, or QR ordering are central to you, Restroworks lists them and is the closer fit today.
What is the difference between Flowyana and Restroworks?
Restroworks is a restaurant platform with POS, kitchen, inventory, analytics, and digital ordering. Flowyana is a platform where the restaurant POS is one product line beside accounting, HR and payroll, CRM, rentals, and bookings.
Does Flowyana integrate with Swiggy and Zomato?
No. Flowyana has no food-aggregator integration today. If delivery-app orders are a large share of your sales, tell us before the demo and we will be straight about the fit.
Does Flowyana work offline at the counter?
Yes. The restaurant POS is offline-first and keeps selling and printing without a connection, then syncs.
Does Flowyana have a phone POS app?
No. The POS app runs on Windows and macOS tills. The rest of the platform works in a browser on a computer, tablet, or phone.
Does Flowyana generate GST e-invoices or e-way bills?
No. We do not claim Invoice Registration Portal or e-way bill integration. As of October 2026, e-invoicing applies above ₹5 crore turnover; if that is you, check your obligations with your CA.
Does Flowyana work in India and the Gulf?
Yes. GST and VAT are settings, so an Indian workspace splits CGST, SGST, and IGST while a Gulf workspace runs VAT with Arabic–English documents. Restroworks says it is used in over 53 countries.
We run restaurants and a retail shop. Does that change the answer?
That is the case Flowyana is built for. Retail and restaurant tills run on the same platform over one product catalogue, one ledger, and one set of branches.
