Where Flowyana differs
What changes if you choose Flowyana.
One platform beyond billing
Payroll, CRM, the omnichannel inbox, and a support desk run over the same customer record and ledger as the till.
Branches inside one workspace
Each branch keeps its own documents, cash sessions, stock, and staff, who see only their branch, while the owner reads per-branch and combined reports.
Books written by every sale
A POS sale, a purchase receipt, or a payroll run posts its own voucher, so accounts and GST summaries are current without a separate entry step.
Browser-based, with Arabic
Use it from any browser, and move to the Gulf or run both: VAT is a setting and documents print in Arabic and English.

Questions
Asked when comparing with Marg ERP 9+.
Is Flowyana a good Marg ERP alternative?
Yes, for a retailer or multi-branch business that wants the till, stock, staff, and books in one browser-based system. For pharma or FMCG distribution with e-way bills and salesman apps, Marg ERP is the closer fit.
What is the difference between Flowyana and Marg ERP?
Marg ERP is billing, inventory, and accounting software with industry-specific versions for pharma, FMCG, and retail. Flowyana is a platform where accounting is a module beside POS, CRM, HR and payroll, rentals, and bookings, sold per product line.
Does Flowyana generate GST e-invoices or e-way bills like Marg ERP?
No. We do not claim Invoice Registration Portal or e-way bill integration. As of October 2026, e-invoicing applies above ₹5 crore turnover; if that is you, check your obligations with your CA. Your invoices are already GST-split, HSN-coded records.
Does Flowyana track batches and expiry?
Yes. Stock can be tracked by batch with an expiry date, and sales pick the first to expire. It has no pharmacy-specific features such as medicine substitute lookup.
Does Flowyana work in India and the Gulf?
Yes. GST and VAT are settings, so an Indian workspace splits CGST, SGST, and IGST while a Gulf workspace runs VAT with Arabic–English documents. Marg ERP presents itself as software for businesses in India.
Does Flowyana have a point of sale for retail?
Yes. The retail till reads barcodes, runs cash sessions, keeps selling offline, and posts into stock and the books.
Does payroll handle PF, ESI, and TDS filings?
No. Payroll builds payslips from salary structures, attendance, and leave, and posts the cost to your books, but it does not produce PF, ESI, or TDS returns.
Can we move from Marg ERP to Flowyana?
Yes. Onboarding loads your products, clients, suppliers, and price lists, and we set up your chart of accounts and GST rates with you. Talk to us about opening balances and history for your case.
