Where Flowyana differs

What changes if you choose Flowyana.

Published prices

Plans and prices are on the site per product line, so you can budget before a single meeting.

No implementation project

Chart of accounts, tax rates, and documents are set up with you, rather than scoped and delivered by a separate partner.

One platform for the whole business

The till, the stock, the staff, the customer inbox, and the books share one record, with no add-ons to stitch together.

Gulf and India together

GST and VAT are settings, and documents print in Arabic and English side by side.

Being fair

When SAP Business One is the better choice.

  • You want to run the software on your own premises. SAP describes on-premise as an option; Flowyana is hosted for you.
  • Your group already runs SAP, and standardising on one vendor matters more than price or speed of setup.
  • You need e-invoicing with IRN or e-way bills in India. SAP’s help site documents electronic billing for India; Flowyana generates none.
  • You want a partner-led project with a local SAP consultant who shapes the system around your processes.

If that sounds like you, we would rather say so now than after a demo. If it does not, book one and judge for yourself.

Questions

Asked when comparing with SAP Business One.

Is Flowyana a good SAP Business One alternative?

Yes, for a small or mid-sized business that wants accounting, inventory, POS, CRM, and HR and payroll in one platform on published plans. If you need on-premise deployment or a partner-led SAP project, SAP Business One is the closer fit.

What is the difference between Flowyana and SAP Business One?

SAP Business One is SAP’s ERP for small and midsize businesses, implemented with a partner and deployable in the cloud or on-premise. Flowyana is a hosted platform from one team, sold per product line with published prices and set up alongside you.

Is Flowyana an ERP for small business?

Yes. It covers accounting, invoicing, purchasing, inventory, production, CRM, HR and payroll, and POS on plans for businesses that do not want a long ERP project.

Does Flowyana do GST e-invoicing like SAP Business One?

No. We do not claim Invoice Registration Portal or e-way bill integration. As of October 2026, e-invoicing applies above ₹5 crore turnover; if that is you, check your obligations with your CA. Your invoices are already GST-split, HSN-coded records.

Which suits a business in the UAE or Saudi Arabia?

Flowyana offers configurable VAT, Arabic as a full workspace language, and bilingual printed documents, and does not offer e-invoicing integration. SAP lists both countries among its localisations; ask SAP or a partner what each covers today.

Can I run Flowyana on my own servers?

Flowyana is a hosted subscription. Deployment questions are discussed per customer; ask us during the demo.

Can we move from SAP Business One to Flowyana?

Onboarding loads your products, clients, suppliers, and price lists, and we set up your chart of accounts and tax rates with you. Talk to us about opening balances and history for your case.

Do we need an implementation partner for Flowyana?

No. We do the setup with you, and your own administrator manages roles and settings afterwards.
