Flowyana vs Docusign eSignature: a specialist signing service, or signing built into the documents you already issue?
Docusign eSignature sends, signs, and tracks documents, with reusable templates, bulk send, signer authentication on higher plans, and over 1,100 integrations. Flowyana has no stand-alone signing product: e-sign comes built into quotations, orders, rental agreements, booking confirmations, delivery notes, work orders and subscriptions on Growth and Business plans, and uploaded PDFs on Business.
In short
Choose Docusign if signing is a service of its own: any document, from any source, with templates, bulk send, and a long list of integrations. Choose Flowyana if the documents you need signed are the ones Flowyana already issues, and you want the signed copy to stay on the quotation, order, or rental it belongs to. Flowyana’s signatures are advanced, not qualified.

Where Flowyana differs
What changes if you choose Flowyana.
Signed where the work lives
A signed quotation turns into an order and an invoice on the same record; nothing is downloaded, re-uploaded, and re-attached.
Built into each document
Quotations, rental agreements, booking confirmations, delivery notes, work orders, and subscriptions can each be sent for signing without leaving the platform.
Uploaded PDFs too
A contract you did not create in Flowyana can still be uploaded and sent for signing on a Business plan.
No separate per-signer subscription
Signing is part of the Growth and Business plans of your product line, not a second product to buy and reconcile.
Being fair
When Docusign eSignature is the better choice.
- Signing is its own workflow, across many kinds of documents and many systems. Docusign lists 1,100+ integrations.
- You need bulk send, shareable templates, or sending to many signers at once, which Docusign lists on its higher plans.
- You need signer authentication options or archiving for regulated environments. Docusign lists these on Enterprise plans.
- You need the strongest legal standing, such as qualified signatures. Flowyana’s signatures are advanced, not qualified, and we do not claim them to be.
If that sounds like you, we would rather say so now than after a demo. If it does not, book one and judge for yourself.
Questions
Asked when comparing with Docusign eSignature.
Is Flowyana a good Docusign alternative?
For documents Flowyana issues itself, such as quotations, orders, rental agreements, and work orders, yes: signing is built in on Growth and Business plans. For general-purpose signing across many systems, Docusign is the closer fit.
What is the difference between Flowyana and Docusign?
Docusign is a dedicated signing service. Flowyana is a business platform that includes e-sign for the documents it issues and, on Business plans, for uploaded PDFs, with the signed copy kept on the record.
Are Flowyana’s signatures legally binding?
They are advanced electronic signatures with a signed copy and an audit certificate. They are not qualified signatures. Rules differ by country and document, so check with your adviser for contracts that need more.
Which plans include e-sign?
The Growth and Business plans of the Accounting, ERP, CRM, Rentals, Bookings and Repair products. Growth signs on screen with an email or access code, 25 requests a month; Business adds codes by phone, counter-signing by your company, in-person and witnessed signing and uploaded PDFs, 200 a month.
Can I sign a PDF that came from somewhere else?
Yes, on Growth and Business plans. Uploaded PDFs can be sent for signing.
Does it work for India and the Gulf?
Yes. Documents can be bilingual in Arabic and English, and GST and VAT are configurable. Check local rules on signature standing for your contract type.
Do I need Flowyana’s other products to use e-sign?
E-sign is a feature of a Flowyana plan, so you use it as part of a product line such as ERP, CRM, rentals, or repair.
Can we keep Docusign and use Flowyana too?
Yes. Many teams keep a specialist service for legal contracts and use built-in signing for day-to-day operational documents.
