Flowyana vs Qoyod: a family of Saudi apps, or one platform over one set of records?

Qoyod is Saudi cloud accounting built around ZATCA e-invoicing, with a family of related products beside it: a point-of-sale cashier, QFlavours for restaurants, Qoyod HR, and Qoyod CRM. Flowyana is a single business platform in which accounting, the tills, HR, and every other module share one customer record and one ledger.

In short

Choose Qoyod if you are in Saudi Arabia, need ZATCA Phase 2 e-invoicing from your software today, and want its e-commerce and payment integrations. Choose Flowyana if you want the restaurant till, the shop counter, payroll, and the books in the same records, on a plan for the product you run — and you will handle e-invoicing another way.

Where Flowyana differs

What changes if you choose Flowyana.

One platform, not a family of products

The restaurant till, the shop counter, payroll, CRM, and the ledger are modules over one set of records, so a restaurant sale lands in the books without a second system.

Every module posts to the books

Purchases, payroll, rentals, subscriptions, and production each write their own vouchers, not only invoices and the till.

Beyond Saudi Arabia

Tax, currency, and language are settings, so a Riyadh company and its Dubai or Kuwait sister each run their own workspace on the same platform.

Buy what you run

A café buys restaurant POS and accounting; a group adds purchasing, HR, and projects later over the same records.

Being fair

When Qoyod is the better choice.

  • You are in a ZATCA Phase 2 wave and need invoicing that clears and reports to Fatoora today. Qoyod states it is certified for Phase 2; Flowyana offers no ZATCA integration or certification.
  • You sell online through Salla, Zid, or Shopify, or take Tamara or Tabby payments, and want those sales in your accounts without re-entry. Flowyana has none of these integrations.
  • You need a WPS file from payroll. Qoyod HR states it produces one; Flowyana does not.
  • You want POS hardware from the same vendor, delivered set up for your subscription.

If that sounds like you, we would rather say so now than after a demo. If it does not, book one and judge for yourself.

Questions

Asked when comparing with Qoyod.

Does Flowyana do ZATCA e-invoicing like Qoyod?

No. Flowyana’s tax engine is configurable — VAT, compound taxes, inclusive or exclusive — and every posting splits tax correctly, with a Saudi VAT return report to work from. We do not offer ZATCA integration or certification, so if clearance is a requirement today we will say so before the demo.

We run cafés and a retail shop. Does that change the answer?

That is the case Flowyana is built for. Retail and restaurant tills run on the same platform over one product catalogue, one ledger, and one set of branches. Qoyod sells a cashier and QFlavours as separate products, and states QFlavours sales do not flow into Qoyod Accounting.

Can the workspace run in Arabic?

Yes. Arabic is a full workspace language with right-to-left layout, and documents print paired Arabic–English labels on one page.
